It is time to reconstruct a new view for the youth in the Memphis Community. This program is designed to build on the imagination and equip individuals with the skills necessary to have a successful future. We will help prepare these youth for the job market and promote higher education. The individualized plan of success is a road map that will be used as a tool to clearly define individual goals and objectives, which will increase the graduation rate and decrease violence amongst our youth.
